BrainGyan Foundation ("we", "us") runs braingyan.org and its related projects. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

The short version: we collect as little as possible, we never sell your data, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by emailing contact@braingyan.org.

How long we keep it

Donation records are retained for as long as Indian accounting, income-tax and audit requirements demand. Enquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to deal with your query. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form.

Children

Many of our programmes are delivered to children, but this website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child through this site. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Photographs from our programmes

Photographs taken at workshops and donation drives may appear on this site and on our social media. If you or your child appear in a photograph and would like it removed, email us and we will remove it.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
